My approach to couples therapy involves giving you tools to help you work together more effectively. I think many couples lack skills and awareness of how we affect one another. Understanding where our difficult behaviors, emotions and patterns come from, and learning new skills, liberates us from using ineffective strategies to get our needs met. We will work as a team to improve your communication skills, emotion regulation skills, problem solving skills, and increase your self-awareness.
